Our Philosophy:

Our number one asset is our people. We provide them with a safe work environment so they can go home to their families each night. We take pride in our training programs and provide the best available safety equipment. Our team members participate in classroom and on-the-job training to meet the highest standards.

We task each of our team members, from management to the men and women in the field, to be diligent about on-site safety. We also employ a full-time safety team to ensure we stay ahead with emerging trends and safety regulations. Our safety team works directly with our management team and customers to handle on-site safety requirements. When not on the job sites, you can find us at training seminars or attending OSHA alliance roundtables that we are members of (CSREM in Massachusetts or SAFER in Rhode island).

Our employees are the backbone of our company. Our people are who make us the successful company we have been for the last 30 years. Without good employees, we are nothing. Our site-specific safety plans are developed with employee input to ensure a safe and workable solution that fits each unique job. Our commitment to them is to ensure that every team member has the tools and knowledge for a safe work environment.
